Program description. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Canvas Salon and Day Spa. These may include appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling changes such as a service provider being unavailable, questions about your appointment details, and occasional promotional messages such as special offers, events, and salon news.
How you opt in. You opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our new client or appointment form. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can book and receive our services without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity. You will typically receive no more than 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts from us. You may also ask our front desk team to remove your number from our messaging list.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at 402-932-5959.
Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability. Message delivery may not be available on all mobile carriers or in all areas.
