Our Policies

Cancellation / No-Show/Late Policy

All guests are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any non-emergency reason.
  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • For services over $100, a flat fee of $50 will apply.
  • If payment fails to process, a non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook.
  • No-shows will be charged the cancellation fee regardless of the reason.
  • Late Policy- If you arrive late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time or be rescheduled, depending on the days’ availability. 

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our schedule.

Card on File

All clients booking a service online or any service over one hour are required to place a card on file. This allows us to enforce our cancellation policy when necessary.

Product Returns

We want you to love your products, but if something doesn’t work out:
  • Opened/used products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
  • Unopened products may be returned for store credit or a full refund to the original form of payment.

Redo Policy

At Canvas, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your service:
  • Please notify us within 7 days of your original appointment.
  • The original service provider will be given the opportunity to correct the issue within the following 7 days, under the supervision of a Manager.
  • Redo services are complimentary, unless the change requested is different from what was agreed upon in the original consultation.

Guest & Child Safety Policy

At Canvas Salon and Day Spa, our priority is to create a calm, safe, and professional environment for all of our guests and staff. To maintain this atmosphere, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines regarding extra guests and children:
  • Limited Guest Seating: Due to limited space and in consideration of other guests receiving services, we ask that you do not bring extra guests with you to your appointment unless they are also scheduled for a service.
  • Children in the Salon: For safety reasons and to ensure a relaxing environment, we respectfully request that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service themselves.
  • Unattended Children: For the safety of all, children may not be left unattended at any time within the salon or spa. Our space contains equipment, sharp tools, and hot styling instruments that can be dangerous without supervision.
 
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a serene and safe space for everyone. If you have any questions or need assistance with scheduling around childcare, our front desk team is happy to help.

Consent Forms & Services for Minors

  • All guests are asked to complete their consent forms, sent via email, prior to their appointment.
  • If your appointment is booked same-day, you may be asked to complete the form on a salon tablet.
  • For minors:
  • parent or legal guardian must sign the paperwork.
  • Minors 16 years or older, who are able to clearly communicate their preferences and have submitted a signed consultation/consent form, may attend their appointment without a guardian present.

Walk-In Policy

Canvas Salon and Day Spa operates primarily by appointment.
  • Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but we strongly encourage you to call ahead to check for openings.
